This was a design & build project
in conjunction with the nominated
consultant.
The majority of the works was complete
within nine weeks, including the installation
of a new stand-by 500kva generator.

electrical services to all floors of
the building. Working from design specification
we installed and modified landlord's
air conditioning systems, small power
in the way of under floor trunking &
floor box outlets & specialist lighting
system. |

to basement offices, including the installation
of CAT2 lighting to main offices areas
and modification to small power services

Parks Ltd is one of our oldest clients with connections
going back over the past 25 years. Throughout the
years we have undertaken various contracts from
day to day maintenance of Car Park ventilation,
to fully air conditioned offices. |

We have worked for Cannons City &
Covent Garden Clubs since the 1980's.
We have been involved in many of
the changing developments throughout
the history of the Club's including
the full mechanical services to the
Spa extension at City Club.
We are still carrying out Electrical
and Mechanical works today, for the
Cannons Health Club chain.

We have worked for Bruce Closs Printing
(Purfleet) & Spin Offset (Rainham) since
1990.
Carrying out upgrades to main incoming
supplies, installation of lighting and power
supplies to new machinery, adapting to their
requirements as the company has grown.
